Examination of extreme interior thermal comfort of temple space
The main ship of the Budapest church was very cold in winter and very hot in summer. In preparation for the renovation, we investigated the cause of the phenomenon by thermal imaging and dynamic thermal bridge simulation analysis, and made investment proposals for a more comfortable interior environment.

Freeware excel file for thermodynamical supervision of buildings
The act 7/2006. (V. 24.) TNM introduces new methods and requirements for thermodynamical supervision of buildings. The excel file developed by our office, is able to rate residential, office and educational buildings without active cooling and ventilation. The files, with indication of the author, are free to use.

Dynamic simulation of low-energy house
With the aid of the Energy+ software we simulated the optimal heating and cooling needs (for each hour of the day) of a Single-detached dwelling. The 140 m2, energy efficient house had adobe walls with straw bale insulation and other improvements that together provided above average heat insulation.
- 2004
Dynamic simulation of Family House
At the design stage of a 400 m2, energy efficient Single-detached dwelling the possibility arose that it would overheat in summer. We have developed a computer model of the house, including the building materials and investigated the internal air temperature for each hour of the day. We gained valuable knowledge about the effects of shading, mass and enforced ventilation on the comfort levels of the internal air temperatures.
- 2003
Dynamic simulation of block house in an urban environment.
As a part of the Autonomous City project, we simulated the energy consumption and heating requirements of a prefabricated block of flats, using the Energy+ software.
- 2003
Dynamic simulation of Single-detached dwelling
Estimating cost and energy requirements of both traditional and energy efficient Single-detached dwellings using Energy+ software simulations.

Cost effectiveness analysis of mechanical system variations of a straw bale type-house (LCC)
The heating energy demand of the building has been examined in many variations, which show surprisingly different energetic and economic values besides the same building structures. The following two tables summarize the energy, installation and operating costs of the studied mechanical alternatives, as well as the somewhat subjective (but very important in real decision-making) aspects of the investments, such as space requirements, comfort and sustainability.

Energy audit, investment preparation
Energy audit of five existing buildings at two sites of the Animal Breeding and Feed Research Institute, proposing the technical content of the renovation for the call of KEOP 5-3-0. Energy calculations of the existing and planned state, and the cost estimate of the proposed investment. The value of the planned investment is HUF 170 million.

Preparation and management of investment
Project management of “Turn Barracks into schools” project sponsored by the Waldorf Fundation – Vác. The purpose of the project was to renovate an old military barrack and change it into a school building adhering to Waldorf’s refined standards. The project plan was completed in 2007, and the building permit plan in 2008.
