The Client would like to expand two existing buildings with a poor orientation and multiple extension. The proposed and accepted architectural concept for the extension of the building has completely transformed the character of the building. The building, part of the “Classic suburb – East” settlement area, has been given a tower-like extension. The building fits in with the shape of several neighboring buildings built in the early 1900s, but its detailing and energy quality meet the needs of the present day.
